The Role:
We’re hiring an entry-level Sales Representative to prospect, qualify, and close new business in the Cincinnati market. You’ll work alongside experienced sellers, compete in regular sales contests, and receive hands‑on coaching to accelerate your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads via cold outreach (phone, email, social) and follow up inbound interest
- Qualify opportunities and run discovery conversations
- Present value-based solutions and close deals to meet monthly and weekly quotas
- Track activity and pipeline in CRM; forecast accurately
- Participate in team competitions, training, and performance reviews
What We’re Looking For:
- 0-2 years sales experience or strong competitive background (retail, hospitality, athletics, fundraising, etc.)
- Hungry, driven, resilient—thrives in a results-focused environment
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills
- Coachable, quick learner, and comfortable with targets/metrics
- Comfortable working in Cincinnati, OH
- Valid driver’s license as needed for local travel
