Multilink Solutions is a growing networking solutions provider, systems integrator, and distributor specializing in enterprise networking, wireless infrastructure, fiber optic solutions, and security technologies. We work with leading industry manufacturers and partners to deliver networking products, design services, and installation solutions to businesses, service providers, educational institutions, and government organizations.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development efforts, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the networking and IT infrastructure industry and experience working with industry‑leading vendors, distributors, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in enterprise, education, ISP, hospitality, and government markets.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Work closely with presales engineers to develop networking and infrastructure solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer records in CRM systems.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings to generate new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with networking industry partners, vendors, distributors, or channel programs
    .
  • Proven experience selling networking, wireless, fiber, security, or IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong understanding of networking technologies and industry brands such as Mikro Tik, Ubiquiti, Ruckus, TP-Link, Grand stream, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing key accounts and strategic customer relationships.
  • Existing network of contacts within the networking, ISP, WISP, enterprise, or systems integration sectors.
  • Industry certifications are a plus but not required.
