Job provides client insights and sales consulting for the Kraft Heinz Category Leadership and Sales Teams, focusing on Kroger, Meijer, HEB, and other grocery wholesale accounts. The role involves developing category reviews, explaining competitive dynamics, and delivering insight‑driven stories to help clients make data‑based decisions.

- Drive Client Growth: identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic goals.
- Deliver Insight‑Led Solutions: translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: partner with internal teams (Client Insights, Product, Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
- Maintain Industry Expertise: stay current on trends in retail, CPG, or general merchandise to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
- Build Strategic Relationships: develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision‑makers and influencers.
- Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support client engagements and solution delivery.
- Champion Client Success: ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.
- 3‑5 years of experience with syndicated data, analytics, eCommerce, category management, or related fields is required.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Marketing and/or sales analytics experience with a CPG company, retailer, or other CPG industry company using syndicated data.
- Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications.
- Strong project management and process skills.
- Ability to engage in a consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables.
- Ability to build and leverage mutually beneficial relationships internally and externally.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to develop creative ways to address business issues.

Cincinnati or Chicago (Hybrid)
CompensationSalary range: $80,000 to $83,000.
