Position: Inside Account Executive

Job Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Inside Sales Account Executive role based in Cincinnati, OH. The Inside Sales Account Executive will proactively identify and qualify prospective broker and lender partners, conduct outbound calls, and respond to inbound inquiries to generate and nurture loan opportunities. The role includes managing a portfolio of accounts, presenting Lend Sure’s loan programs, guiding partners through product options, and supporting them from initial inquiry through loan submission.

The individual will maintain detailed records in the CRM, follow up consistently on leads and pipelines, and collaborate with underwriting, operations, and external sales teams to ensure a smooth lending process. The role also involves staying current on Lend Sure’s product guidelines, market trends, and compliance requirements to provide accurate, timely information to partners.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Sales, financial, or mortgage background (insurance, banking, processing — all count)
  • Strong communicator comfortable on the phone
  • Motivated, coachable, ready to grow
  • No mortgage experience required; hunger to grow is essential
  • Proven Inside Sales experience focused on outreach, prospecting, and converting leads into active accounts
  • Self‑motivated, strong work ethic, goal‑oriented, ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, clear verbal presentations, active listening, professional written correspondence
  • Account Management experience, prioritization, organization, growth of a defined book of business
  • Relationship building with customer‑centric approach and long‑term partnership development
  • Familiarity with mortgage or financial services, especially non‑QM or non‑agency products, highly preferred
  • Comfort with CRM tools, sales platforms, and standard office software
