• Work directly with homeowners throughout the Cincinnati area
• Generate leads and build customer relationships face‑to‑face
• Educate customers on renewable energy and enrollment options
• Guide customers through a smooth and professional enrollment process
• Manage your pipeline and work toward weekly performance goals
• Develop communication, leadership, and sales skills through daily coaching and mentorship

• Weekly pay
• Uncapped commission structure
• Most new reps earn $700-$1,200/week during training and ramp‑up
• Successful reps typically earn $1,200-$2,000+/week
• Top performers earn significantly more
