Job Overview

Jones & Henry Engineers is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate to identify new business opportunities from new clients and current clients to provide financial growth for the company.

• Collaborate with the President and Members to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Research client needs and generate sales leads.
• Create and maintain a positive relationship with existing and potential clients.
• Travel to attend trade shows, member organization meetings, etc. to promote the company’s services.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field from an accredited four‑year college, and a minimum of five years of experience is preferred.

• Experience with or knowledge of municipal funding and grants.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and ability with Microsoft Office Suite.
