Due to continued growth and increased customer demand, we are expanding our sales team and hiring motivated In-Home Sales Representatives in the Cincinnati, Dayton and NKY markets.

No home improvement experience is required
, and while sales experience is a plus, we provide comprehensive paid training to help you succeed.

Unlike many companies in our industry, all of our sales representatives are 100% W-2 employees—not independent contractors. You'll receive the support, benefits, training, and stability that come with being a valued member of our team.

What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested a consultation—no cold calling or prospecting.
• Conduct in-home product demonstrations for our windows, doors, and bath remodeling solutions.
• Listen to homeowners' needs and recommend the best products for their home.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through sale.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable using an iPad and learning CRM and quoting software.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including daytime, evening, and some weekend appointments.

Compensation

• $85,000-$180,000+ per year
• Commission-based compensation
