The Event Coordinator Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH. The trainee will assist with the planning and execution of live events, including preparing event materials, coordinating logistics, and supporting on‑site setup and breakdown. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include communicating with vendors and partners, helping manage event timelines, and ensuring that participant and guest needs are handled promptly and professionally.
The role also involves interacting with attendees, gathering feedback, and supporting sales‑related activities such as lead capture and follow‑up. The trainee will work closely with senior event staff to learn best practices, develop coordination skills, and contribute to the success of each campaign.
