The Role

H2O Innovation is currently seeking a Regional Account Manager to join our sales team in a permanent, full-time position. Our next colleague will be covering part of the American Midwest. Your role will be to drive sales of water & wastewater treatment chemicals, consumables, accessories and services, achieve revenue targets, and develop the company’s existing customer base in both municipal and industrial sectors.

The Day-to-Day
  • Promote the company's water and wastewater treatment services, consumables, and parts to drive sales growth
  • Diversify and expand the existing client base by attending conferences, conducting lunch-and-learn sessions (technical presentations), and holding client meetings
  • Travel to project sites for pre-tender evaluations based on specific project requirements
  • Collaborate closely with H2O Innovation’s support network, including equipment representatives, engineers, technicians, vendors, and suppliers
  • Achieve annual sales objectives aligned with H2O Innovation’s overall business plan
The Skills We Are Looking For
  • Degree in relevant technical field (e.g., Environmental, etc.)
  • Knowledge of membrane treatment systems, including:
    Membrane Bioreactors (M ), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultrafiltration (UF), Microfiltration (MF), Nanofiltration (NF)
  • Experience in sales and/or engineering in the water & wastewater treatment sector
  • Relevant sales experience in the U.S. or Canada
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40-60% of the time, depending on home location
  • Strong presentation & communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously & be a self-starter
  • Strategic thinker with technical problem-solving abilities
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel
