BDI Express in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to support customer and sales activities. You will enter and maintain sales orders, handle quotations, assist over-the-counter sales, and back up the outside sales team.
The role requires a High School diploma or GED, at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, strong Outlook and computer skills, excellent communication, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
