Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HVAC/R and Electrical Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems and electrical products, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the HVAC/R and electrical markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding HVAC/R and electrical solutions.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales quotes and proposals.
- Collaborate with the technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors.
- Attend trade shows and networking events to promote company products and services.
- Proven experience in HVAC/R or electrical sales, with a solid understanding of related products and systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications in HVAC/R or electrical disciplines are a plus.
