The Opportunity:Strategic Sales & Implementation
We are seeking a highly influential HR Consulting Leader to drive new business acquisition and serve as a national Brand Ambassador and thought leader. This role is a perfect hybrid, blending pure sales hunting with deep strategic HR consulting. You will be the driving force behind building and closing new Human Resource Consulting business nationwide, responsible for both designing and selling complex, customized solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Pure Sales & Strategic Consulting: Identify, prospect, and close new HRC business opportunities across small, mid, and enterprise markets. This role demands the expertise to not only sell the solution but also to strategically design and implement the comprehensive solution package.
- Thought Leadership & Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a key representative for our HRC capabilities, fostering relationships and influencing C-suite decision-makers across the country.
- Integrated Solutions Driver: Central to advancing our existing HRC solutions, constantly innovating and fostering relationships across all business lines (Benefits, P&C, Wealth) to drive comprehensive cross-sales and client retention.

Collaboration:
Leverage the strength of our entire organization, partnering with Producers in other business lines and utilizing the support of a strong service and implementation team.
The Consultant Who Closes
This role is for a self-motivated, innovative individual—a true Client Chameleon—who thrives on strategic influence and has the track record to back it up.
- Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of strategic HR Consulting experience required, with a proven history of designing and implementing complex HR solutions (e.g., HR Technology, Payroll, Comp, LOA). - Influence: Demonstrated track record of selling ideas and strategies to C-suite executives.
- Knowledge: Strong business acumen and the ability to serve as an expert in HR challenges and solution delivery.
- Certifications (Plus): SHRM-SCP and/or HRCI-SPHR certification is a strong plus.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire for high impact and innovation.
