Summary

Provide personalized styling and sales support for accessories customers both in-store and through digital channels. Drive sales by building lasting customer relationships and using selling tools such as text and social media while maintaining a customer-ready department.

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools, including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
• Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on fit and product selection
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re‑merchandise, perform price markdowns, and keep the department clean and organized
• Open new customer rewards accounts and support digital engagement
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed

• Excellent communication and people skills with a customer‑focused mindset
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented approach and ability to use technology to achieve sales goals
• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Flexible availability to meet business needs
• Physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and lifting
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation; regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
