What you’ll own- Drive sustainable revenue growth across a portfolio of airline, travel and cruise clients by identifying opportunities and expanding strategic partnerships.
- Create opportunities for expansion, strengthen retention, influence executive stakeholders through solutioning innovative payment experiences that deliver measurable business impact.
- Build trusted relationships with operational leaders and C‑suite stakeholders, strengthening client loyalty and positioning Global Payments as a long‑term strategic partner.
- Shape and execute account strategies that align client business objectives with payment technology solutions, creating mutual growth and long‑term value.
- Lead high‑impact commercial conversations and negotiations that deliver successful outcomes for clients and Global Payments.
- Strengthen retention and account stability by proactively identifying risks, developing action plans, and driving positive client outcomes.
- Extensive experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or Sales professional within Fin Tech, payments, or financial services.
- At least 10 years of experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing strategic business decisions.
- Demonstrated experience within the travel industry, including airlines, cruise lines, or closely related sector.
- Proven track record of growing accounts, retaining clients and achieving commercial results.
- Strong business acumen with exceptional communication, relationship building and negotiation skills.
