Sales Development Representative

Job Description

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our ever‑evolving Enterprise team and help shape the future of global commerce.

• Connect with potential customers by reviewing and qualifying sales leads from phone calls, websites, events, trade shows, and other marketing channels.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and lead generation campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong lead records by keeping customer and prospect information organized and up to date.
• Stay connected with potential clients by nurturing early‑stage opportunities and maintaining communication until they are ready to engage with the sales team.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns by collecting, tracking, and analyzing data to help measure success and identify new opportunities.
• Partner with sales teams to ensure qualified leads are followed up on quickly and moved through the sales process.
• Look for opportunities to improve results by identifying market trends, gathering competitive information, and supporting business presentations.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Willingness to learn the complexities of the payments industry and your assigned industry vertical
• Experience in a sales, marketing, or related role
• Excellent presentation and writing skills
• Ability to thrive in a high‑performance team
