GTM & ABM Operations Managers

Operationalize and scale Narratize's enterprise account-based go-to-market motion across CRM, campaigns, account intelligence, and executive programs.

You will help coordinate and operationalize:

• Target account programs
• CRM and GTM systems
• Campaign operations
• Relationship tracking
• Sales and marketing operational alignment

You will work closely with leadership across sales, customer success, product marketing, and solutions engineering.

• Support execution of account-based go-to-market programs.
• Maintain account segmentation and targeting workflows.
• Coordinate operational alignment across sales and marketing.
• Help manage account engagement tracking and reporting.

• Maintain Hub Spot data integrity and workflows.
• Support reporting, dashboards, automation, and pipeline operations.
• Coordinate workflows across GTM systems and tools.
• Monitor account and market signals.
• Support account enrichment and research workflows.
• Help maintain strategic account intelligence systems.

• Coordinate Linked In and account-based campaign execution.
• Support audience creation, targeting, and reporting.
• Help operationalize executive thought-leadership campaigns.

• Coordinate logistics and workflows for conferences, executive events, and customer programs.
• Support pre-event and post-event outreach coordination.
