Vice President, Business Development

Senior growth leader responsible for accelerating EFI Global's market presence and revenue growth across the central and western United States. Builds and leads a high‑performing team of Regional Business Development Directors, drives disciplined sales execution, expands client relationships, and develops strategies to increase market share across key industries and client segments.

Primary Purpose

Expand and enhance the company's top line through diligent relationship building and maintenance with prospective clients across an area; identify and address prospective and existing client opportunities for marketing the company's programs; ensure sales goals, objectives and profit margins are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop and maintain internal and external relationships/partnerships.
  • Provide leadership and direction for the business development team.
  • Maintain accountability for regional growth and revenue objectives.
  • Drive alignment with the company's sales strategy and organizational goals.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators and business results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients and strategic partners.
  • Facilitate the development of new partnerships and the implementation process to ensure smooth transition of new client programs.
  • Develop detailed knowledge of individual prospect operations targeting specific needs which may be opportunities for marketing company programs.
  • Ensure identification of expertise required to address individual prospect requirements; identify resources for prospect solicitation and service teams.
  • Utilize appropriate national resources to facilitate responses and pricing for RFPs, proposals, and presentations.
  • Manage the design of service programs ensuring client need fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement an annual sales and service plan including identification of potential client prospects, their needs, and the methodology of presenting company's ability to fulfill those needs.
Additional Functions and Responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Travel as required.
Qualifications Education & Licensing
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
  • Bachelor's degree with major in Business Administration, Finance or Risk Management preferred.
  • Licenses as required.
  • Possession of, or progress towards, CPCU and/or ARM designation required.
Experience
  • Ten (10) years of relationship building in the claims management or risk management area or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Analytical and interpretive skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Credit security clearance, confirmed via a background credit check, is required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay range: $150,000 - $160,000.
