Industrial Sales Specialist
Echo Electric is seeking an Industrial Sales Specialist to focus on Industrial OEM and Industrial End Users. The territory for this role will be Cincinnati, OH and the surrounding markets.
Responsibilities- Identify and Establish Contact with Potential Customers:
- Actively seek out potential customers and initiate contact.
- Schedule appointments and perform product demonstrations to showcase relevant offerings.
- Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships:
- Build strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain connections with current clients.
- Attend Industry Trade Shows:
- Participate in industry events and trade shows.
- Identify potential sales leads and engage with existing customers during these gatherings.
- Stay Informed About Industry Trends:
- Keep abreast of industry developments.
- Use knowledge to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
- Recommend Targeted Marketing Strategies:
- Suggest effective marketing approaches for specific regions or demographics based on market understanding.
- Generate and Submit Sales Reports:
- Provide reports to management for valuable insights.
- Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience:
Minimum of 2 years working with or selling to industrial End Users or industrial OEMs. - Education:
High school diploma required; a technical degree preferred. - Interpersonal
Skills:
Effective communication and relationship‑building. - Negotiation
Skills:
Negotiate contracts and pricing. - Product Knowledge:
Solid understanding of the products or services represented. - Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to different customer needs and market dynamics. - Sales Techniques:
Proficiency in sales strategies and closing deals.
