For over 35 years, we’ve been a trusted name in home remodeling—and now we’re scaling faster than ever. As our Field Canvassing Manager
, you’ll lead from the front— recruiting, training, coaching, and inspiring a team of field marketers who connect directly with homeowners to generate qualified appointments at shows and events and in our neighborhood communities.

This is not a desk job. It’s a roll-up-your-sleeves, boots-on-the-ground leadership role where you’ll develop people, drive performance, and help us dominate the market—one door at a time and one event at time.

• Recruit & Build Teams: Help us recruit and select top talent who are eager to learn, earn and grow.

• Coach & Train in the Field: Lead real-time field coaching and classroom-style boot camps.

• Set the Pace: Lead by example with energy, grit, and a strong work ethic—your team will follow where you lead.

• Drive Performance: Using KPIs, hold team members accountable for performance and foster a results-driven, positive culture.

• Collaborate & Align: Partner with leadership and a variety of team leaders and members to ensure your team delivers on territory and revenue goals.

• Field leadership experience in door-to-door lead generation, sales, canvassing, or related performance-based outreach roles.

• Experience with shows and events is a plus!

• Strong passion for coaching and building high-performance marketing, sales or lead generation teams.

• Confidence in field-based sales and lead generation strategies and objection handling.

• Strong interpersonal, communications and motivation skills.

• Competitive drive with the desire to grow your team and see each member succeed.

• Flexibility to travel within your region and work evenings/weekends as needed.
