As a Direct Sales Representative
, you’ll work directly with local business owners to review their electricity and natural gas supply plans, introduce competitive supplier options, and recommend solutions that fit their business needs. During your first several weeks, you’ll focus on developing new business opportunities while learning our proven sales system alongside experienced Account Managers. Their sole focus is to help our newest team members hit the ground running.

Many companies expect you to have experience before they’ll give you an opportunity. We believe great sales professionals are developed through training, coaching, and hands‑on experience.

During your first several weeks, you’ll work be mentored by an experienced Account Managers who will teach you our proven sales system that’s helped many of our team members build successful careers. You'll get to learn firsthand, what success looks like as you build confidence in your presentations skills and become an expert in our products and services.

As you gain experience, you’ll have opportunities to take on larger customer portfolios, build long‑term client relationships, and advance into Account Manager and other leadership positions. We’re committed to promoting from within as part of our goal to continually expand into 20+ additional markets over the next few years.

Your day begins at the office, where you'll work with your mentor to plan, prepare and strategize for the day ahead. You'll then head into your assigned territory and crush your goals. From there, you control the tone and outcome of your day.

Responsibilities include:

• Meet face‑to‑face with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
• Recommend competitive energy supplier options based on each customer’s needs.
• Build relationships with prospective commercial customers.
• Learn our proven customer consultation process alongside experienced mentors.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30‑mile radius of the office).

• Weekly base pay while you learn and build confidence
• Tier 1 commissions on new accounts (capped)

During your first 2 weeks, we provide Paid Training as you work closely with experienced mentor to learn our customer consultation process, build confidence, and develop the skills needed for long‑term success.
