QualifiedCandidates:
- Excellent people and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- 2+ years in a sales position
- Review contracts for accuracy and completeness
- Help families with compassion and elevate to the cemetery sales manager as appropriate
- Follow sales initiatives and work with fellow team members to achieve goals
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage. Employer pays 50% of medical.

Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Pay:
When meeting sales goals, counselors are expected to earn between $60,000.00-$100,000 per year. Pay is hourly plus commissions
Schedule:
Monday to Friday with weekend rotations
License/Certification:
Clean background to obtain cemetery sales license (OH)
Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time
