Area Sales Manager

Warsaw Federal Savings & Loan Association seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive deposit, loan, and fee income growth across a regional territory. You will lead community-based sales efforts, partner with branch teams, and build relationships with local businesses, realtors, and centers of influence. Responsibilities include developing sales plans, coaching staff on cross-selling, monitoring pipelines, and ensuring compliance with bank policies.

This role blends field time with in-branch support to expand Warsaw Federal's presence and deepen long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans to grow deposits, loans, and fee income
• Lead and support branch teams in achieving sales and cross-sell goals
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, realtors, and community partners
• Manage and track sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Coach staff on needs-based conversations and product knowledge
• Collaborate with marketing on local campaigns and community events
• Ensure all sales activities adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Partner with operations and lending to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Represent Warsaw Federal in community organizations to enhance brand presence
