Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to homeowners seeking repair or remodeling services
• Qualify leads and gather project details for home repair and improvement jobs
• Schedule in-home estimates and coordinate with field technicians and project managers
• Provide basic service and pricing information and explain Help Home Services offerings
• Follow up on open quotes and past customers to drive bookings
• Accurately enter and update customer and job information in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call, conversion, and booking goals
• Deliver professional, customer-first service aligned with company values
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth scheduling and customer communication
