Are you a highly organized professional who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and driving customer success? We are looking for a Sr Sales Operations Specialist
to serve as a key partner to our Sales team, customers, and internal departments. In this role, you will help ensure seamless execution of customer programs, support strategic account management initiatives, and act as a trusted resource across the organization.
You will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction, managing operational processes, supporting revenue growth, and helping the team deliver exceptional service every day.
What You'll Do- Serve as the primary internal support partner for National Account Managers and the Sales team.
- Coordinate and facilitate customer requests, internal communications, and cross-functional support.
- Set up new customers and locations within company systems.
- Manage orders efficiently to ensure a consistent flow of revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the operational execution of new product launches.
- Act as the primary contact for internal logistics and operational issues.
- Become the subject matter expert on assigned customers' retail systems and processes.
- Manage customer pricing updates, profiles, and related documentation.
- Analyze customer ordering trends and behaviors to identify changing needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Build strong, professional relationships with assigned customers and internal business partners.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Sales team by helping navigate internal processes and resources.
- Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and exceptional service with both internal and external customers.
- Act proactively to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
- Partner closely with National Account Managers and senior leadership to ensure alignment and execution.
- Facilitate regular meetings with Account Managers to discuss customer activities, priorities, and opportunities.
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries, order issues, and service requests.
- Communicate effectively across departments to ensure customer needs are understood and met.
- Serve as a go-to resource for team members seeking guidance on systems, operational processes, and execution.
- Provide backup support for teammates and leadership when needed.
- Help onboard, train, and mentor team members by sharing best practices and expertise.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Experience in sales support, customer service, account support, or a related role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively provide solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners.
