Cargo Security Associate

About the role:

As a Cargo Security Associate, you will support TQL’s internal Sales Teams and carrier base by managing inbound phone and email requests with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing documentation and compliance requirements such as insurance, set-up forms, permits, and more.

What you’ll be doing :

Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email to TQL’s carrier base and internal Sales teams

Partner with Sales teams to process and approve various requests

Resolve carrier status issues promptly and professionally

Coordinate with insurance providers to verify active coverage and required limits

Accurately document and manage all tasks and interactions in internal systems
