• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person and by phone.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in communications, sales, marketing, customer service, retail, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
