A global leader in industrial process equipment and separation technologies is seeking a Director of Sales to drive growth across the U.S. and Canada. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a commercially driven, technically savvy sales leader who knows how to turn market opportunity into results.

What you’ll own:

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
• Build and execute the North American sales strategy
• Expand relationships with engineering firms, OEMs, distributors, and end users
• Drive order intake, revenue growth, and strategic account development
• Lead complex technical sales from opportunity through contract
• Partner with engineering, production, and service to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Identify new markets, applications, and growth opportunities

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years of industrial process equipment sales experience
• 3+ years of sales leadership experience
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and process engineering
• Experience with chemical processing, particle sizing/classification, solid-liquid separation, drying, screening/grading, or related process technologies is highly desirable
• Proven history of exceeding sales goals
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong emotional intelligence, and genuine passion for developing people and winning customers
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
