Brand Ambassador

• Identify and secure in-store demo and event opportunities with dispensary partners and the sales team
• Plan and execute compliant in-store activations to drive consumer trial and brand awareness
• Maintain in-store presence and visibility aligned with brand standards
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product expertise
• Educate consumers about product benefits, usage, and brand positioning
• Build and maintain relationships with bud tenders and dispensary staff
• Provide product education, samples where applicable, and support to drive recommendation and sell-through
• Partner with Account Managers and sales leadership on account priorities and initiatives
• Capture and report event performance, consumer feedback, and market insights
• Identify market opportunities and challenges and provide actionable feedback
• Ensure activations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Uphold brand values and standards across all touchpoints
• Report to the Director of Sales
• Perform additional duties based on business needs

• 1–3 years of experience in brand ambassadorship, field marketing, or retail sales; cannabis industry preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for cannabis culture and education
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must meet all legal requirements to work in the cannabis industry in the applicable state
• Basic PC and Microsoft Office application skills required
• Experience with Microsoft Office, data analysis, Google Apps, and Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
• Must effectively communicate in English, verbally and in writing
• Requires daily travel across the territory
• Flexibility to work Tuesday–Saturday, occasionally evenings and Sundays
• Active state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle for marketing events
• Must obtain state-required permits, licenses, and certifications
• Serv Safe Food Handler’s Card preferred
• Willingness to submit to a background check, including a motor vehicle report
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Hours may vary based on business needs

Capable of executing in-store activations and capturing market insights to drive brand awareness and sales.
