As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you'll represent well-known brands at live retail campaigns and promotional events, connecting with customers face to face. You will:

• Engage customers and promote products, services, and current offers
• Have confident, friendly sales conversations
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right solution
• Guide customers through the sign-up and purchase process
• Help run and set up eye-catching promotional spaces
• Work with your team to hit individual and team sales targets

• Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude

• Experience in sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, events, or customer service is a plus, but not required

• Weekly base pay of $500-$750, with OTE of $850-$1,300 per week
