Join a leading chemical manufacturing organization supporting a Physical Testing Laboratory! This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with laboratory experience who enjoy hands-on testing, working with analytical instruments, and maintaining the highest safety standards.
Prepare polymer samples for physical testing
Perform compression molding, melt flow, tensile, and related testing
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
Collect, analyze, and document test results
Follow strict laboratory procedures and safety protocols
Collaborate with cross-functional laboratory teams
Associate's Degree or higher (or equivalent laboratory experience)
Hands-on laboratory experience in testing or analysis
Experience using laboratory instruments and analytical equipment
Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and documentation
Safety-first mindset with experience working around hazardous chemicals
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have:
- Polymer or plastics testing experience
- Physical testing laboratory experience
- Compression molding
- Melt Flow Index (MFI) testing
- Tensile testing
- Quality Control or R&D laboratory background
