** Lab Technician
** for one of our industry-leading laboratory clients in  
** Cincinnati, OH** . This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch or grow a career in laboratory operations. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

** Responsibilities*
* + Receive, inspect, log, and organize incoming samples for laboratory testing.

+ Prepare and stage samples for analysis.

+ Perform laboratory testing following established methods and standard operating procedures after training.

+ Prepare reagents, quality control samples, and calibration standards.

+ Record and verify test results while maintaining accurate laboratory documentation.

+ Enter data into laboratory systems and maintain instrument logs, calibration records, and worksheets.

+ Monitor laboratory supplies and notify management when inventory needs replenishment.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory work environment.

+ Assist with moving sample containers, boxes, and other laboratory materials as needed.

+ Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

** Qualifications*
* + High school diploma or GED required.

+ 1-2 years of previous laboratory, quality, or science coursework is required.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Basic computer and data entry experience.

+ Comfortable performing analytical tasks and following detailed procedures.

+ Ability to lift and move laboratory materials and work in a hands-on environment.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends when business needs require.

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Chemistry coursework or laboratory experience.

+ Experience handling chemicals or petroleum products.

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
