Security Officers - 2nd Shift

Position Overview

Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Full‑Time Security Officer for the 2nd shift in the Cincinnati, OH area. The position offers a pay rate of $19.00 per hour
, with weekly pay.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

• Security, law enforcement, or military experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility.
• Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and in all weather conditions.
• Previous experience working with truck gates is a plus.
• Comfortable standing and/or walking for extended periods of time.

High School diploma or equivalent.
