Pay Rate: $16.77 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM;
Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM;
Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM;
Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service by carrying out front desk duties, site‑specific policies, visitor processing, or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, and documenting arrivals and departures according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Support security‑related operations by answering phones, monitoring cameras and alarm activity, maintaining logs and reports, and reporting unusual activity or maintenance concerns.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
