Provide customer service at the front desk by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial institution location;
Monitor lobby and entry activity, greet visitors, verify identification and/or access permissions, and document arrivals, departures, and front desk activity in accordance with site guidelines;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to the appropriate personnel when needed;
Answer phones, assist employees and visitors with directions and basic site information, and report unusual, suspicious, and/or unauthorized activity through proper channels
