Hourly Wage and Compensation
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location, ranging from $17 to $30 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
