High Rise Building Security Officer

Wage: $17.00 / hour

• Minimum of 1 year of security experience; high‑rise environment a plus
• Capable of operating a security console, including handling alarms, camera operations, and access control
• Strong computer and report‑writing skills required
• Knowledge of property access control systems is a plus
• Able to walk extensive security rounds
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must pass drug screen and background check
• Must meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard
• Minimum education required:
  Bachelor’s degree
• No experience necessary; retail, food service or hospitality background considered a good fit; training will be provided

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing security and safety of client property and personnel
• Active monitoring of premises, patrolling a variety of locations, maintaining order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site
• Provide customer service and information to employees and customers
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, including climbing stairs and walking on inclines and uneven terrain
• May involve lifting or moving up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally
