High Rise Building Security Officer

Job Overview

High Rise Building Security Officer responsible for monitoring premises, handling alarms, operating cameras, and managing access control systems.

• Operate security console including alarms, cameras, and access control.
• Conduct extensive security rounds and patrol assigned client sites.
• Observe and report activities and incidents to maintain safety of property and personnel.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and customers.
• Maintain physical fitness for frequent walking, standing, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Adhere to state, county, and municipal licensing requirements and pass drug and background checks.

• Minimum 1 year of security experience; high‑rise environment a plus.
• Proficient computer skills and report‑writing ability.
• Knowledge of property access control systems is a plus.
• Excellent customer‑service skills.
• Ability to meet required licensing and pass drug screening & background check.
