Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by following site-specific procedures and front desk protocols;
Monitor access to the location by greeting entrants, verifying credentials, logging visitors, and/or directing guests;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report details through appropriate channels;
Support security-related operations by monitoring lobby activity, observing cameras and/or alarm indicators, and documenting daily events, concerns, and visitor information;
Assist with emergency response activities, communications, and/or requested front desk support while helping to maintain order at the location
