Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, shipping and receiving spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials according to site procedures, and report policy violations, hazards, and maintenance issues observed during patrols;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
