Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening, after-hours entry, and/or directions while following healthcare location protocols and privacy-focused practices.;
Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports, and communicate relevant information to site personnel during shift changes and routine operations.
