, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access activity with strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues.
• Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity for authorized personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site instructions.
• Support site operations by communicating with supervisors, local contacts, and/or first responders when needed, while maintaining awareness of changing conditions across the location.

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
