Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Conduct armed patrols throughout the location, including the lobby, offices, parking areas, and perimeter;
Monitor access points, verify identification and/or visitor authorizations, and report suspicious behavior, unattended items, or policy violations;
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency personnel as needed;
