The Protective Services Officer provides internal and external safety/security for Bon Secours Mercy Health facilities, patrols grounds, escorts patients and staff, and assists with investigations when warranted.
Responsibilities include enforcing hospital policies, monitoring CCTV, and documenting incidents with accuracy. Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; BLS certification within 6 months of hire is required.
