Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures at a transportation location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, passenger waiting areas, bus loading zones, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter;
Monitor access points, observe passenger and vehicle activity, and report suspicious conditions or policy violations;
Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and communicate with transportation personnel, passengers, and law enforcement when required
