Security Officer - Flexible - Luxury Shopping

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, policy concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, common areas, corridors, and perimeter areas, helping to deter unwanted activity.;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee activity, and report unusual behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or potential risks to the appropriate personnel.;
Support loss prevention awareness by remaining visible throughout the location, addressing customer service needs, and following post orders related to merchandise protection and after-hours procedures.
