Work Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays as needed

Compensation: $70,000 – $150,000 annually (Hourly + Incentives) + Sign-On Bonus up to $10,000!

Reports To: Plumbing Service Manager

• Respond promptly and professionally to residential plumbing service calls
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
• Estimate costs and perform plumbing repairs and installations
• Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with company standards
• Safely lift up to 50 lbs and handle the physical demands of the role

Required:

• Open availability Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays
• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Preferred:

• 5+ years of residential plumbing service experience
• Familiarity with Service Titan or Nexstar training a strong plus
