We’re hiring now for a Dryer Vent Technician to run a brand-new service van launching around March 2026
. This is a commission-based field role with typical earnings in the $25–$35/hr equivalent range once trained and performing at standard productivity. This role is commission-based, for a brand new van launching in March 2026.

• Install, clean, repair, and maintain dryer vent systems
• Inspect dryer vent systems to identify and diagnose issues
• Recommend solutions and educate customers on services that can improve safety and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of services provided using a tablet
• Provide exceptional customer communication and service
• Adhere to all safety regulations
• Continuously improve your skills through training and learning
• Reroute dryer vent systems as needed to meet code requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable using tools and working with your hands
• Mechanical aptitude (HVAC experience a plus but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, punctual, and organized
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule in the field
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
• Ability to lift equipment and work in crawl spaces, roofs, and attics
• Comfortable using tablet-based technology for documentation

• Commission-based pay structure tied to jobs completed and services sold
• Typical earnings equivalent to $25–$35/hr based on performance and efficiency
