We are seeking a qualified, full‑time apartment maintenance technician with strong skills to work in Newport, KY.

Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Responsibilities

Apartment turns
General maintenance repairs
Prepping & painting units
Work orders as needed

Qualifications

Some formal training in one of the following areas: carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, painting, or refurbishing is a plus.
General maintenance of exterior grounds and systems.
Willingness to pitch in and work in areas other than repair and maintenance.
Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable.

Salary is based on your experience.
