Ken Neyer Plumbing is hiring experienced Plumbing Foremen to join our New Construction Plumbing team. With 50+ years serving the Greater Cincinnati market, we’ve built a reputation for quality work, strong leadership, and a team culture that values skilled tradespeople.

As a Plumbing Foreman, you will lead new construction plumbing projects from layout through completion by:

• Reviewing blueprints and project plans to understand system requirements and job scope
• Planning jobsite workflow, creating schedules, and assigning tasks based on skill level and production needs
• Overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems including piping, fixtures, drains, and sewage lines
  .
• Ensuring all work meets local plumbing codes
  , safety standards, and company quality expectations
• Leading and motivating a crew of plumbers and apprentices; providing hands-on coaching and mentorship
• Identifying and addressing jobsite issues early to prevent delays, rework, or material shortages
• Communicating clearly with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and customers on progress and next steps

• Strong new construction plumbing experience with the ability to lead a crew and run a job site
• Ability to read plans, layout systems, and manage production expectations
• Knowledge of code requirements and commitment to safe, quality workmanship
• Leadership mindset: dependable, accountable, and able to coach others
• Strong communication and organization skills
