Overview
Become a trusted advisor to commercial customers by helping prevent equipment failures and keeping kitchens running at their best. In this role, you'll service a wide range of commercial food service equipment while working independently and building strong customer relationships.
What You'll Do- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment, including refrigeration, cooking, beverage, and dish machines
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagrams and schematics
- Deliver reliable, customer-focused service across restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and other commercial facilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of technical experience (refrigeration, HVAC, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, or military)
- Valid driver s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation (nights/weekends)
- Ability to travel overnight occasionally
- No immigration sponsorship available
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform frequent kneeling, bending, and reaching
- Comfortable working with electrical components, pressurized systems, open flames, and heated surfaces
- Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and in varying environmental conditions
- Technical training or certifications (EPA, CFESA, etc.)
- Experience with commercial refrigeration or cooking equipment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
